Anomaly #0026 refers to a Roblox Studio plugin titled "MyPlaceRebuilder". The plugin manifests in the Plugin tab of random Studio sessions despite not being installed or published on the Creator Marketplace. It only becomes usable when loaded inside an empty Baseplate with no preexisting models or scripts.
Upon activation, the plugin begins to reconstruct what it identifies as the user’s first ever place, including long-deleted or unpublished assets. In early stages, this includes nostalgic models, default bricks, and legacy sounds that may match the user's memory — until it doesn’t.
Stage 1 – Memory Recall:
Constructs familiar, benign objects: legacy trees, blocky spawn areas, simple music.
Matches user asset history and public profile content.
Stage 2 – Uncanny Additions:
Begins adding unknown elements:
- Walls made of usernames from the user’s Friends list.
- GUI screens titled “I REMEMBER” or “FORGOTTEN”.
- Reversed chat logs, or old admin messages.
Stage 3 – Anchor Core:
Places a locked object named “Core” in the center of the rebuilt map.
Core cannot be deleted or moved.
Opening Core reveals a Weld named:
"WHAT YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN HAS NOT FORGOTTEN YOU"
And the game will most likely crash.
Publishing a rebuilt place results in error 500s. In some cases, users report that Studio reopens with the same place the next day — even if deleted.
Long-term exposure appears to cause memory distortion, including:
- Conflicting recollections of their original builds
- Dreamlike familiarity with elements they claim they “never made”
Trial 001 — 3:13 AM:
Plugin appears mid-session. Activated. Within 5 minutes, a replica of my 2009 StarterPlace appears. Mostly accurate.
Trial 002 — 3:21 AM:
Plugin adds 4 walls using my current friends’ usernames. One wall is missing a username. It reads: "FORGOTTEN"
Trial 003 — 3:29 AM:
Audio plays on loop? Sounds like typing? But backwards.
Trial 004 — 3:57 AM:
The core has appeared. In the next few minutes my game will crash.
